I don’t even know where to start to explain how exciting this day has been! I got to watch the USWNT training session the day before their game against France tomorrow. Everybody was so nice to me and made me feel so special. US Soccer gave me a bunch of jerseys, including one that says SHEBELIEVES HERO on the back! I got hugs from a few players, got to chat with Carli Lloyd and Coach Jill Ellis, and I even got to lead the team in their end-of-practice cheer, as you can see in in this video:

Screen Shot 2018-03-03 at 4.32.19 PM.png

Allie Long and Kelley O’Hara told me what to say. It was a blast! I got to juggle on the side of the field, which was hard, because it was gusty winds and maybe 20 degrees. I was wearing boots and a huge US Soccer parka they let me borrow, but I managed to get enough for some good photos and a little video. I even made it onto the USWNT Instagram story! I cannot wait for the big game tomorrow, and rumor has it I will get to go on the field before the game. This is truly a dream come true, and I am so thankful for the opportunity to share my Juggling for Jude story and spread the word about St. Jude.

Thank you, USWNT, for the experience of a lifetime! And of course, if anyone out there wants to DONATE to St. Jude to help kids with cancer everywhere, you can do that HERE.

Winning this award and passing the $200,000 mark for kids with cancer at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital all in one week is cause for a special cake! Good thing my juggling skills are better than my baking skills! 🙂

Thank you so much to everyone who voted for me and continues to support me with donations to St. Jude! Also, I am so thankful to Sophie, who nominated me with such a thoughtful video, and who made this all possible! Together, we did it!

If f you’d like to celebrate this exciting honor with a DONATION to St. Jude, you can do that HERE! What better way to celebrate than with a gift to end childhood cancer?

Screen Shot 2018-02-12 at 1.51.25 PMHi Everyone! This is SUCH an exciting day! First, we passed the $200,000 mark for St. Jude today, and I am beyond excited and thankful for the amazing support from all of my donors! Next stop…$300,000!

But, I’m writing today to ask you take a minute to VOTE for me in the She Believes Hero Contest. I am one of four finalists, and now the winner will be decided by public vote BY FEBRUARY 16th!!!

The US Women’s National Soccer Team has a contest for a girl age 13-17 who embodies the “She Believes” spirit of confidence, giving back, and helping others find ways to give back, as well. An awesome 9 year-old girl named Sophie (pictured above), who came to one of my juggling clinics, nominated me, and I was chosen by members of the US team to be one of FOUR finalists up for a public vote. You can see the contest description, Sophie’s nomination video of me, and the VOTE button by clicking on the photo above.
The vote ends Feb 16th, so there’s not a lot of time! PLEASE vote for me, share this link with everyone you know, and let’s win this contest together, so I can get a lot of PR for St. Jude and we can maybe get the attention of some superstar soccer players who might want to help me with my cause to help the kids at St. Jude!Thank you so, so, so much!!!!!! Together, we can end childhood cancer!

Happy New Year! Looking ahead to a Great 2018!

2017 was an incredible year for me and Juggling for Jude! Visiting St. Jude for the first time ever was an experience of a lifetime and made me want to do more juggling and speaking and fundraising and anything I can to spread the word about the lifesaving work being done there. There were many highlights of the past year, including winning the young fundraiser award and speaking at the St. Jude/ALSAC 60th anniversary gala, partnering with Williams Sonoma, Inc. in their mission to support St. Jude and speaking at their annual conference, getting a check from InShape Health Clubs for $30,000 for St. Jude, working with some great soccer coaches to bring juggling clinics to local kids in support of St. Jude, speaking at elementary schools to inspire kids to give back, and so many more! I am so thankful for the support of everyone who has donated, and I am excited about what is to come in 2018. Here’s to finding a cure for childhood cancer, and here’s to blasting past the $200,000 mark for St. Jude (we are about $5,000 away right now) and heading towards the $300,000 mark in 2018!

If you’d like to DONATE, you can do it any time, and of course, please tell your friends if they might be interested!

Thanks, as always, for your support, and Happy New Year!

I Got my Biggest Donation Ever this Weekend!

Kayla and Hollis IN Shape CheckI am so thankful for the amazing efforts of IN Shape Health Clubs, who raise money for cancer causes during the month of October. On Saturday, they presented me a check for $30,000 for St. Jude! I invited Kayla, my friend who is a St. Jude patient, to accept the check with me. It was the 6th anniversary of her brain cancer diagnosis, so that made it extra meaningful.

This check is the biggest single donation I’ve ever received, and it helps get me closer to my next goal of $200,000 for St. Jude! I would love to reach that by the end of 2017, so please DONATE here if you can. Every bit helps, and it’s a great gift for the holiday season of giving.

Thank you so much to IN Shape Health Clubs for their generosity and kindness! Let’s continue to save the lives of kids like Kayla! DONATE HERE!

Thank you for your support!

Check out my Partnership with Pottery Barn Teen and how they are Helping St. Jude!

Pottery Barn Teen is part of the Williams Sonoma, Inc. family of brands. Over the years, Williams Sonoma has given more than $34 million to St. Jude! Amazing, right? Each year, their brands find ways to give back during the holidays, and this year, I’m honored to be part of the effort at PB Teen. For every purchase of this awesome heart pillow (and also a blanket just like it plus a fun beanbag), PB Teen will donate a percentage of the cost to St. Jude!

As always, if you’d like to support my mission to help kids with cancer everywhere, you can go HERE to make a donation.

Thank you for your support,

October is Starting with a Bang!

September was Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, but I’m starting off October with some BIG stuff, and I’m excited to share! Today I had the opportunity to participate in the World Wide Women Girls’ Festival, which featured a bunch of inspiring presenters and exhibits all about girl empowerment. I was one of the main-stage speakers, and I had a great time talking to the audience about St. Jude, Juggling for Jude, and how all of us have the power to give back in some way. We had some technical difficulties, so I had to hold a laptop while I spoke, so I could see my notes, but I learned that there’s always a way to manage, and being able to go on even when things aren’t perfect is an important skill to have. I just love public speaking and am so grateful for the opportunity!

Here are some photos from today. First thing I did was an interview with one of my favorite reporters through the years, Kate Rooney from Comcast.

Then I actually performed a dance with my dance company, totally separate from Juggling for Jude! That’s me with the high kick on the left!

Next up was my speech. I had five minutes between my dance and my speech! It was a little stressful! You can view it on YouTube here. Just remember, some of the slides didn’t match up with what was on my screen, but I think my message came across loudly and clearly. Yay! 🙂

Screen Shot 2017-10-01 at 10.13.53 PM.pngScreen Shot 2017-10-01 at 10.15.23 PM.png

After my speech, a few girls asked me to take pictures with them. I was so honored!

IMG_0427.JPGScreen Shot 2017-10-01 at 10.20.46 PM.png

Then, I raced back home to get ready for a state cup soccer game! I was tired, but I always love stepping on the field with my teammates.

It was an exhausting day, but I feel really excited about spreading the word about Juggling for Jude, so it’s always worth it! Next up, I’m doing a juggling clinic as part of an incredible effort by In-Shape Health Clubs to raise $50,00-$100,000 for St. Jude during October! You read that right!!!!! I CANNOT believe it, but we are hoping it happens! Check out this article here for more info on the amazing work In-Shape is doing! I am so thankful!!!!IMG_0185.jpg

I’ll report back after this event, and meanwhile, if you want to donate, please just go HERE now! Every bit helps kids with cancer!

Thank you!

I’m a TEEN now, PLUS it’s Still Childhood Cancer Awareness Month!

Hi Everyone!

I did it! I turned 13 on the 13th of September!

Screen Shot 2017-09-14 at 10.30.21 PM

In honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and my 13th birthday, I’m asking for donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in multiples of $13. For every one I get, I’ll send a video of me doing that many soccer juggles to the donor! I was going to post them all on social media, but I think that might get boring for everyone! 🙂

You can DONATE here. It just takes a minute, and you can help save the life of a child with cancer AND honor my birthday wish with even just a small donation.
