One of My Heroes Quoted Me!

Rick Shadyac is the CEO of ALSAC, the fundraising arm of St. Jude, and he is in one of my heroes because of his lifelong dedication to curing childhood cancer. In his message to St. Jude supporters today, he told my story and quoted me as saying that "Cancer doesn't shelter in place." I have been really worried about how St. Jude is going to meet its fundraising needs during the pandemic.
