$1373 for St. Jude at the Have a Ball Golf Tournament!

Last week, I juggled at the semi-annual Have a Ball Golf Tournament in Danville. Created by four-time cancer survivor, Bob Hammer, the Have a Ball Golf Tournament raises money and awareness for countless cancer-related causes (close to $300M so far!). My good friend, Bay Area sportscaster Vern Glenn (those are his four Emmy awards in the photo above!), invited me to share Hole #4 at the tournament back when I was 10. The idea was that I would share my story with golfers, raise awareness about the lifesaving work at St. Jude, and of course, collect donations by requesting a dollar for every juggle I performed at the tee. Eight years later, and I’m still blown away by the generosity and support of the golfers who come to give. Some share cancer stories of their own, some try to beat me at juggling, and most of them contribute. This year, after a long afternoon of juggling, I collected $1,373 for St. Jude! Pictured below is the foursome who made the largest donation of the day and also had the best outfits!

You can donate to St. Jude here, to help give hope to families facing childhood cancer.

Thank you for the support!
