ANOTHER GREAT SCHOOL TALK TODAY!

Today I spoke with the newspaper staff of Terra Linda High School about my work for St. Jude and the importance of developing purpose and finding ways to contribute to a cause bigger than ourselves (my favorite topic)! We also talked about my role as Co-Editor in Chief of my high school paper, and we discussed ways for them to expand their journalism program. Combining two of my passions in one school talk was extra rewarding, and I’m always grateful to have a chance to speak with students from other schools!

Big thanks to Terra Linda High School teacher, Ms. Leonhart, for watching my TED Talk and inviting me to speak with some of her students! And thanks to the students for being generous hosts, asking great questions, and engaging in our inspiring discussion!
